The Marjorie project is a 106 square meter apartment located at the base of the slopes of Croix-Rousse in Lyon. During the renovation, the main goal was to rethink the layout to promote conviviality, in response to the client's wishes.

The old layout of the apartment presented challenges, with bathrooms accessible only through the kitchen. The layout was completely revised, including the creation of three bedrooms, one of which is intended for use as an office. The water areas were centralized to favor natural light in the bedrooms.

The design was characterized by the introduction of colors, particularly green, and the use of arches, while maintaining a clean aesthetic. The kitchen, a central element of the project, has become a generous space, ideal for welcoming friends and family. This project is a striking example of transforming a bourgeois space into a convivial and contemporary living area.
