In a 1970s building, this 130 square meter apartment borders the Parc de la Tête d'Or and redefines minimalist elegance. The owners had a clear desire to create an environment that is both minimalist and warm. To achieve this, the entire apartment was designed in white, with light oak joinery adding a touch of nature and sophistication. The doors, reaching impressive heights of 2.50 meters, enhance the elegance of the space while accentuating the sense of grandeur and brightness.
The bathrooms are true works of art, adorned with marble and onyx, offering exceptional features. Every detail was carefully chosen to create a space that is both functional and aesthetic.
