The Cécile project, located in the historic Fourvière district of Lyon, is a complete renovation of a 32-square-meter one-bedroom apartment. The main goal was to reorganize the spaces to accommodate a couple while preserving the typical architectural elements of the old, such as the Lyonnaise molded woodwork and the fireplace.

A color palette of black, white, and wood was used as a guiding thread to create a refined and timeless style. The living area, with its open kitchen, is at the heart of this transformation. The chosen materials and meticulous finishes bring a touch of modernity while respecting the authentic character of the apartment.

The bathroom is a key element of this transformation. To maximize space and add a touch of modernity, a rounded screen was integrated. This choice allows the bathroom to be delimited while letting light pass through, creating an open and airy atmosphere in the bedroom.
